Instruction to candidates for AIQ/SQ UG admission at Rampurhat Govt. Medical College & Hospital
As per the schedule of MCC, physical reporting of candidates allotted to Rampurhat Govt. Medical College will start from
6th November 2021 except on Sunday & public Holidays.
Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding for admission –

Every candidate must fill up the online Admission Form and take a printout for submission to College Authority
at the time of admission (click here to fill up the
form)

Fees: Total fees to be paid at the time of admission is Rs 6,600/- ( 1st semester Tuition fees- Rs 4,500/-,
Admission fees – Rs 1,000/-, Caution deposit – Rs 1,000/- and Union fees – Rs 100/-). Fees are
to be deposited in Prefrably Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI on the day of admission. Rs 5,500/- is refundable on upgradation.

Medical Certificate: Every candidate must bring a Medical Certificate in the proforma given here before
reporting for admission. MC is to be issued by Registered Allopathic Doctor (click here to download the form for M.C).

Every candidate must fill up the Anti Ragging pledge document and submit the signed copy at the time of
admission (click here for downloading the Anti Ragging form)

Parent/Guardian of every candidate also must sign and submit a separate Anti Ragging pledge document at the time
of admission (click here for downloading the anti Ragging document for parents)

If hostel is needed then candidate can apply for hostel (Subject to be availablity) (click here for downloading the hostel application form)

Candidate will submit the mandatory bond of Rs. 100000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) as per proforma in the court paper of Rs 50/- (Fifty)

Eight (8) copies of recent Passport size photograph same as one affixed on the application form

Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.

Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving Licence/ Passport)

Domicile certificate (only for state quota candidates)

The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:
(a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the
standard
format as specified in the prospectus/information bulletin) and it should
be in
English or Hindi in language. Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in
the
certificate. In case the certificate is in regional language the candidate
should
carry one attested translated copy of the certificate in English/
Hindi.
(b) OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub- caste
should
tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong
to
Creamy Layer to claim OBC reservation benefit. The OBC certificate must be
in
the standard format as mentioned in the prospectus/ Information
Bulletin.
(c) Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized
Medical
Board for 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per the Rights of Persons
with
Disability Act 2016 (RPWD Act, 2016). (Please see clause 10.1 of 40 Page
Information Bulletin of AIPMT/NEET for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses,
published by Central Board of Secondary Education (NTA) for details). No
other PWD certificate, issued by any other Authority/Hospital will be
entertained.
Original 10+2 mark sheet, original pass certificates, original admit card, medical certificate, Domicile
certificate (for State quota) will be retained by the college office against a receipt which has to be retained
carefully for withdrawal of original documents at completion of course. For submission of these documents please
bring a transparent plastic folder with name of the candidate and NEET Roll number labeled.
